Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Slovenian Plant Health Act, lays down: (1) the list of native and exotic species of organisms for biological control; (2) requirements for introduction, cultivation and use of native and exotic species of organisms for biological control; (3) requirements for professional and technical qualifications and conditions on premises, equipment and personnel for introduction, cultivation and use of native and exotic species of organisms for biological control agents; (4) content of the application for authorization for the introduction and use of non-native species of organisms and for the cultivation of beneficial organisms. This Regulation is composed of 17 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions of introduction, cultivation and use of beneficial organisms (Sec. 2); Conditions on premises, equipment, buildings (Sec. 3); Exemptions (Sec. 4); Final provision (Sec. 5).
