Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

This Regulation prescribe the procedures and method of granting authorization for official and reference laboratories for testing, control and monitoring of genetically modified organisms in food and feed (also if it may contain and/or consist of a direct and/or derived material with genetically modified organisms), including official controls and sampling on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
