Résumé

The Regulation sets rules on regional environmental subsidies for agriculture in Buskerud. The grants for disabled local farmland shall ensure the maintenance of open and diverse cultural landscapes of valleys and mountains, biodiversity and given for cultivated areas measuring more than 5 acres and harvested at least once a year. The Regulation applies in particular to cultivated land (stubble fields); grains, oil seeds, peas, meadows harvested for seed last harvesting year, green forage; maize grain; crops in areas previously harvested with potatoes and vegetables (below marine level); grassy waterways; vegetation areas in open fields along rivers; flood risk areas and water areas close to agricultural land prone to flooding erosion during floods with recurrence intervals more frequent than 10 years. The subsidy grants shall also be applied to environmental grant spreading of manure to reduce the risk of gas emission and soil compaction. For the reduction of chemical herbicides use.
