Résumé The purpose of this Regulation is to prevent, reduce and combat the disease infectious salmon anemia (ISA) in aquaculture animals. The Regulation applies to the establishment of a control area consisting of a combat zone and surveillance zone in Hadsel municipality in Nordland. The area is mapped in the attachment. It is prohibited to release aquaculture in the fighting zone. The ban also applies to sending aquaculture animals destined to slaughter, manufacture plants, and to clean fish harvested or stored in the zone. In article 13, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority may decide to repeal the combat zone following salmon from fish farms is harvested, plant and equipment properly cleaned and disinfected, after localities have conducted a coordinated abandonment of the said area at least in two months (three months for ISA facilities). Exception Authority to which an exception to the fallowing requirements repeal fighting zone on the basis of expanded health checks and laboratory tests. From the same date as the fighting zone repealed, incorporated in the surveillance zone. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority shall suspend control in the fighting zone on the basis of expanded health checks and laboratory tests. All plants with salmonids in sea must have health checks at least once a month. The inspection shall be performed in accordance with articles 13-14 of Regulation No. 822.
