This Regulation entered into force on 22 May 2007.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down some amendments to the Regulation on conditions to be met to provide official field inspections, sampling and testing of propagating material under official supervision. In particular, the present Regulation amends requirements relating to the premises and technical equipment of laboratories (amended art. 16) and the procedure of authorization of natural and legal persons for sampling and testing of propagating material under official supervision (amended art. 17).
