Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amends the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones, and specification of protected zones (originally specified in Annex 1), the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones if these organisms occur on specific plants, plant products or objects, and specification of these protected zones (Annex 2), special requirements to be included in certificates if plants, plant products or objects are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries (Annex 4), and the list of plants, plant products or objects for which a plant passport or certificate shall be required (Annex 5).
