This Regulation entered into force on 17 July 2020.
Résumé

This Regulation contains provisions on financial support that the Swedish Board of Agriculture may provide to commercial fishermen who temporarily cease fishing activities as a result of the spread of the disease covid-19. Its rules specify the beneficiaries, support periods, conditions and terms for support, coverage of the support, procedural issues, payment, repayment obligations, appeal, and supervision and control, among others.
