The Regional Law enters into force a month after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

The present Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of turnover of the plots of agricultural land and shares in common property on the plots of agricultural land. Minimum area of the newly formed parcels of agricultural land except for artificially irrigated and (or) drained land shall be of 0, 5 hectares (art. 1). The terms and conditions of privatization of agricultural land shall be established by the regional legislation (art. 2). In case of expropriation of a plot of agricultural land it cannot be allocated to private ownership but must be purchased by the regional or municipal authorities (art. 3). In case of improper land tenure of agricultural land entailing environmental damage and deterioration of land the regional administration shall file a lawsuit on expropriation of the plot of land in question (art. 7).
