Résumé

State nature reserve of regional significance "Derezovsky" is a protected natural area of regional significance, which includes natural complexes and objects of particular ecological and aesthetic value, and intended for use for nature protection, educational, scientific and cultural purposes. State nature reserve has a complex profile and is intended for: (a) preservation and restoration of natural complexes; (b) reduction of the level of anthropogenic impact on unique landscape complexes; and (c) maintaining the ecological balance in the region on the basis of rational use of natural resources. State nature reserve of regional significance “Derezovsky” is stablished without limitation of its duration and without expropriation of land plots from owners, land tenants and landlords. The reserve was established to perform the following tasks: (a) preservation of natural complexes and objects in their natural state, restoration and reproduction of natural resources; (b) implementation of rational nature management; (c) scientific research; (d) environmental monitoring; and (e) environmental education, dissemination of environmental knowledge, ecological tourism. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of state nature reserve of regional significance "Derezovsky": (a) destroying anthills, clutches, holes, nests, other habitats of animals, collecting eggs of wild birds; (b) harvesting of edible forest resources and collection of medicinal plants, except for collection and harvesting thereof by citizens for their own needs; (c) collection and harvesting of non-timber forest resources; (d) creation of forest plantations and their exploitation; (e) geological exploration, prospecting and extraction of minerals, except for land plots containing groundwater used for potable and domestic water supply; (f) construction and reconstruction of objects of capital construction; (g) application of toxic chemicals, plant protection means and plant growth stimulants; (h) littering of the territory and waste disposal; (i) placement of cemeteries and burial grounds; (j) creation of facilities for disposal of domestic and non-domestic waste, radioactive, chemical, explosive, toxic and poisonous substances; (k) allotment of land plots for individual housing construction, gardening and horticulture; (l) recreational activities; (m) passage and parking of motor vehicles outside of existing roads; (n) destruction and damage of flagpoles, barriers, posts, boundary poles and other informational signs, equipped ecological trails and recreation areas; (o) ploughing up; (p) explosive works; (q) burning of vegetation; (r) organization of summer camps for farm animals; (s) discharge of sewage, including drainage water, on the relief; (t) clear-cutting, except for sanitary felling; and (u) other types of activities resulting in the reduction of ecological value of a particular area or that cause damage to natural complexes.
