Résumé

Pursuant to the principles set forth at the European Union and national level in matter of access to environmental information held by or for public authorities , the present Regional Act promotes information initiatives and education programmes relating to sustainable development, which encompases the preservation of the environment and biodiversity protection as well as the protection of health and human rights. The Act aims at ensuring public participation in the construction of a sustainable future. The Act provides for the creation of special education centres in matter of sustainable development.
