Four Schedules ate attached. Schedule I deals with ante-mortem and post-mortem health inspection of rabbits, public health marking, storage and transport. Schedule II lays down the public health certificate model for fresh rabbit meat intended for consignment to a Member State of the European Community; Schedule III contains the health certificate model for farmed rabbits or game transported from the farm to the slaughterhouse; Schedule IV lays down the health certificate model for fresh fanned game meat intended for consignment to a Member State of the European Community.
