Résumé The principal Order provides for stricter measures for the management and conservation of stocks pursuant to Article 46 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 850/98 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juveniles of marine organisms. The Order, which is also made pursuant to Article 46 of that Regulation, amends article 3(2)(d) of the principal Order in relation to the mesh size of trawl excepted from article 3(1) of the principal Order by reducing the mesh size from 100 millimetres to 95 millimetres.
