Résumé This Decree lays down the procedures and principles for increasing crop production by using suitable agricultural production methods and supporting investment projects for post-harvest product processing, in order to activate the use of agricultural lands, especially the areas that are not in the cultivation program and that are left fallow and the areas that are not suitable for cultivated agriculture. This Decree shall apply to grant payments for investment projects aimed at improving plant production and increasing agricultural output, prepared by the Provincial Directorates of Agriculture and Forestry affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
