Résumé This Decree lays down rules for supporting youth population who have higher education in the fields of agriculture, livestock, forestry, food and aquaculture; generate employment opportunities for them in rural areas; encourage agricultural production managed by the experts in rural areas; increase the quality, quantity and efficiency of agricultural production; and providing sustainable financing to leading agricultural enterprises in rural areas. The project subjects to be supported are livestock breeding, plant production, aquaculture, endemic agricultural produce, and medicinal and aromatic plant cultivation. This Decree shall apply to real persons who have higher education in the fields of agriculture, livestock, forestry, food and aquaculture.
