Résumé An Ordinance dealing with plant protection products and tools used in plant protection. Part I is devoted to plant protection products. In particular, it deals with application for authorization; requirements to obtain authorization by the Federal Institute of Biology; tests to comply with the regulations set out in Annex III of Council Directive 91/414/EWG; official recognition of institutions entitled to carry out such tests; Commission of experts; import and export. Part II is devoted to tools employed in plant protection products. Article 4 outlines the main features of such tools. Moreover, owners must have tested them once a year. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles divided into 3 Parts and 5 Annexes.
