Résumé This regulation identifies control and inspection measures for plant protection, including plant products and other objects that are cultivated, produced, used or are otherwise present on the farm. Observation, control and inspection operations for quarantine pests are conducted in line with the requirements of the Federal Office for Food Safety. The text presents the conditions for treatment the quarantine pests based on EU Regulations if they are found on the plants or plant products. For export, re-export and pre-export operations the regulations demonstrates phytosanitary certificates. The regulation further provides for the labelling of packaging woods and border check points.
