Résumé

This Order amends the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 in relation to England and Scotland to implement specified Community legislation. It, among other things, inserts a definition of International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 10 of October 1999 on requirements for the establishment of pest free places of production and pest free production sites, prepared by the Secretariat of the IPPC (relevant in Schedule 4), inserts a new article (42A) on the sharing of information between authorities for the purposes of the Order an makes amendments to provisions on offences and penalties and to Schedules 1, 1A, 2 and 4 to 8.
