The Orders provides for the making of applications for and the issue of phytosanitary certificates and IPC documents. It prescribes fees payable by applicants for such certificates and provides that it shall be an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement or to intentionally fail to disclose material information for the purpose of obtaining the issue of a certificate.
