These new regulations provide for operation by certified pest control applicators, and pest control operators, suspension and revocation of certificates, complaints to the Pesticides Control Authority, action to be undertaken when food for human being or animals is contaminated, stop orders by the Authority to be served on the pest control operators, pest control applicators or servicemen, powers of court, offences and penalties, inconsistent use of pesticide labels, use of pesticide containers for drawing of water and transportation of pesticides with together with food for human beings or animals.
