This text entered into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 10 December 2021).

Résumé

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture, determines: 1. the conditions and the order for realization of the first sale of products from fishing; 2. the common standards for the sale of fishery products; 3. the conditions and the order for drawing up a document for first sale, a declaration for acceptance and a document for transportation of fishery products. Obligations deriving from Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Common Fisheries Policy, amending Council Regulations (EC) No. 1954/2003 and (EC) No. 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No. 2371/2002 and (EC) No. 639/2004 and Council Decision 2004/585/EC are here respected. The Annex is part of this publication (set of administrative sheets and related specification forms).
