The ordinance enters into force on 1 December 2009.
Résumé

This Government Ordinance amends nine points of the Ordinance on protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products. In particular, the Ordinance amends the list of plants and plant products contaminated by the relevant harmful organisms which must not be imported, transported or distributed within the protected zones.
