Résumé

Deputy president of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to supplement issue 5 of the Order No.144 of 1996 with the following wording: “Organization of artisanal and sporting fishing and sporting fishing, catch of other aquatic animals and aquatic plants by the authorized fishing gear in the allocated fishing areas or their parts, including organization of fish-farms for artisanal fishing.” The list of precious fish species (Annex 16 of the Order No.144 of 15.07.96) must be supplemented with the following species: salmon, bulltrout and loach.
