Résumé

The Minister, for the purpose of carrying out certification and fulfilment of complex arrangements aimed at quality improvement of tobacco and tobacco commodities manufactured and traded on the territory of the Russian Federation, orders to set up state institution “Centre for expertise and certification of tobacco and tobacco commodities” (CESTTI). “Centre for expertise and certification of tobacco and tobacco commodities” (CESTTI) is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Food and Processing Industry attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The Department of Food and Processing Industry and the Department of Agrarian Policy must register “Centre for expertise and certification of tobacco and tobacco commodities” (CESTTI) in the Register of the Objectives of Federal Property under the jurisdiction of the Ministry.
