Résumé The Order applies to commercial fishing vessels operating in the Greenland and non-Greenlandic fishing territory. It does not apply to salmon and arctic char fishing. Fishing vessels planning their commercial activities shall notify in advance of their arrival with their full registration details, time and date of arrival, license number and all pertinent fishing details. All catch must be registered in logbooks, kept on-board and categorized, as well as by catch, which shall be kept separated from the former. Inspection of these will be carried out by the Greenland Fishing License Control (GFLK) and local authorities who are also authorized to instruct suspension of fishing activities in case defined quotas have been reached.
