Résumé The Order’s purpose is to ensure transparency on prices, tariffs, discounts and conditions and comparable information for invoicing consumers on their electricity use. This document establishes rules for electricity trading companies and their invoicing with specification of costs which must include at least information on KWh consumption, price related to this consumption, supply points and address, contract information which includes consumer’s name and type of agreement, and any other fee related to the energy supply.
