Résumé

The Order is intended to contribute to the sustainable development of rural areas through the promotion of stronger competitiveness in agriculture, food and forestry sectors. Its purpose is to protect the environment by granting subsidies to sustainable measures aimed to improve agricultural production and agricultural product qualities (Natura2000 planning). The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries and the Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Affairs shall, within their respective responsibility areas, set rules on the granting of financial aid. In order to ensure the correct assignment and grant, thorough controls in accordance to EU legislations shall take place. The Ministries also set regulations on the digital communication duty for any registration, notification in adherence to these activities.
