Résumé

These Veterinary Rules for the implementation of preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, restrictive and other measures, the establishment and lifting of quarantine and other restrictions aimed at preventing the spread and elimination of myxobacteriosis of salmon and sturgeon fish, establish mandatory requirements for the implementation of preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, restrictive and other measures, the establishment and cancellation of quarantine and other restrictions on the territory of the Russian Federation aimed at preventing the spread and eliminating foci of myxobacteriosis of salmon and sturgeon fish. The Rules establish mandatory requirements for the organization and implementation of measures to prevent myxobacteriosis, prevent their occurrence and spread on the territory of the Russian Federation, determine the boundaries of the territory to which the regime of restrictive measures and (or) quarantine should apply, restrictions on the production, movement, storage and sale of commodities, subject to veterinary control (supervision), and requirements for the specifics of the application of such restrictions, including the implementation of measures in relation to production facilities located in the quarantine zone. In order to prevent the occurrence and spread of myxobacteriosis, natural persons and legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who are owners (possessors) of fish are obliged to: (a) provide fish for examination at the request of specialists of bodies and organizations included in the system of the State Veterinary Service of the Russian Federation; (b) within 24 hours notify the public service specialists of all cases of disease or death of fish, as well as changes in their behavior that indicate a possible disease; (c) comply with the requirements of the specialists of the state veterinary service to carry out anti-epizootic and other measures provided for by the Rules in a personal subsidiary plot, a peasant (smallholding) farm, an individual entrepreneur's farm, organizations that keep fish; and (d) comply with the conditions, prohibitions, restrictions in connection with the status of the region on whose territory the farm is located, established by the decision of the federal executive body in the field of veterinary supervision on regionalization for myxobacteriosis in accordance with the Veterinary Rules for regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation.
