Résumé

This Order allocates aquatic biological resources, total allowable catch for which is either established or not established, for the period of 2021 in Sakhalin fishing area for ensuring traditional way of life and traditional economic activities of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation living on the territory of Sakhalin Region in East Sakhalin subarea (Annex 1, Tables 1 and 2) and West Sakhalin subarea (Annex 2, Tables 1 and 2). In the implementation of traditional fishing should be applied standard fishing gear. Fishing in fishing areas not indicated in this Order shall be prohibited. Fishing and catch of rare and endangered species shall be prohibited.
