This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Résumé

This Order, consisting of 23 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes for the continental Region, in the framework of the National Programme, complementary norms for the implementation of supporting regime to restructuring and reconversion of vines (VITIS), for the period 2014-2018, as prescribed by EU Council Regulation No. 1234/2007. It specifies terms and conditions to request and benefit from financial incentives to perform the restructuring and reconversion of vines. In addition, the Institute of Vine and Wine, I. P. (IVV, I.P.) and the Financing Institute of Agriculture and Fisheries, I P. (IFAP, I.P.) establish technical and specific complementary norms, for the implementation of this Order as a Manual, published on the website of IVV, I.P. e do IFAP, I.P. Annexes specify requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from the above mentioned incentives.
