Résumé This Order ensures guidelines of preservation, capture, trade and care of injured wildlife of animal species such as mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates and plant species. The Order applies to species in the wild naturally living in the territory in which the Treaty on European Union applies; mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians and invertebrates as listed in Appendix 1; plants listed in Appendix 2; and animals listed in Appendix 3. It also applies to mammals and birds are released or escaped human care and have reproduced in the wild, unless they are traditionally considered livestock. The Order does NOT apply to: animals agriculturally farmed pursuant Keeping of Animals Act No. 814; animals bred in captivity and offspring lawfully acquired; protection of wildlife not listed purusant Chapter 6.
