Résumé The Order gives delegation to the Environmental Protection Agency for the supervision and control and prevention of fluorinated greenhouse gases in adherence to the EU regulations. Supervision and monitoring of compliance with the rules in the regulations exercised by the Agency shall oversee tasks assigned to the competent authorities in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of 16 April 2014 in accordance to article 6 (sections 2-3) art. 11 (sect. 3) art. 15 (sect. 4) art. 17 (sect. 4) art. 19 (sect. 6) of the Regulation.
