Résumé The Order sets regulations on taxation for the production of private and public slaughtering of swine (including sows, boars, gilts and piglets) for human consumption. The fee is equivalent to DKK 5,6 (for each animal with a carcass weight of max. 109,9 kg) and DKK 11 for each animal carcass weight of more than 110 kg. For piglets produced in Denmark and exported live, a fee equivalent to DKK 0.70 (for live piglets weighting max. 15 kg) and DKK 1,50 for piglets weighting more than 15 kg shall apply. Exporters of live sows, boars, gilts and piglets must pay a fee equivalent to DKK 5.60 (animals weighting between 50 and 135 kg) and to DKK 11 for animals weighting more than 135 kg.
