Résumé

This Order establishes the modalities of decision-making related to regulation of the number of species subject to hunting (Annex 1); and the form of decision related to regulation of the number of species subject to hunting (Annex 2). Decision of regulation of the number of species to hunting shall be made by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology in relation to protected areas and by the regional executive bodies in relation to hunting grounds and areas populated by wild animals subject to hunting. Decisions on regulation shall be made in case of excess of the established number of animals and in case of spread of animal disease. The decision shall contain information on species, age groups and sex of animals to be regulated, hunting gear and hunting methods used for the regulation and causes entailing regulation.
