The Governor may appoint inspectors for purposes of this Ordinance and may, with the consent of the Legislative Council, make Regulations for: imposing duties on owners or occupiers to keep the land free of noxious weeds and prescribing how land shall be cleared of weeds, regulate powers of inspectors, introduction of and trade in plants for purposes of preventing the spreading of noxious weeds, and related matters.
