Résumé

This Ordinance provides rules for the control of weeds that are declared noxious weeds by the Governor by Order in the Official Gazette for the whole of Grenada or parts of the territory. The Governor may appoint inspectors for purposes of this Ordinance and may, with the consent of the Legislative Council, make Regulations for: imposing duties on owners or occupiers to keep the land free of noxious weeds and prescribing how land shall be cleared of weeds, regulate powers of inspectors, introduction of and trade in plants for purposes of preventing the spreading of noxious weeds, and related matters. Until such Regulations shall enter into force the Regulations as set out in the Schedule shall apply.
