The Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Résumé

The aim of this Regulation is to settle the principles and procedures of artificial insemination, natural insemination, embryo transfer, cloning and other biotechnological activities on breeding of equine animals, cattle, sheep and goat, poultry animals, aquatic animals, bees and silk worm. The Regulation covers provisions on training programmes and rules and procedures of implementation and implementation permits/licenses of artificial insemination, embryo transfer and other biotechnological activities. The Regulation further defines the costs to be charged for artificial insemination and embryo transfer carried out by the Ministry and principles and procedures of semen and embryo import.
