Résumé: Clause 4-6 provides of this Notification provide for the quality requirements for a container used for packing food, including: it must not give out any heavy metal or other substance to contaminate the food in a volume likely to be harmful to health. Use of a container which previously been used to packing a fertilizer, poisonous substance or substance likely to be harmful to health as a food container is prohibited (Clause 7).
