According to Clause 1, food contaminated with Cry 9C DNA Sequence or protein derived from the Cry 9C DNA, shall be prohibited to be produced, imported or sold. Clause 1 gives a list of foods, including: (1) Pop corn; (2) Baby corn both of frozen corn and/or corn in sealed containers; (3) Taco shell; (4) Corn chips / corn snack; (5) Corn flake; (6) Corn meal / corn flour; and (7) Corn on the cob or frozen corn grain and/or corn in sealed container. A Starlink-free certificate for the import of such corn and corn products shall be required by the Thai FDA.
