Résumé This Notification provides support for the producers in order to ensure sustainability in raw milk production by increasing the effectiveness and quality of raw milk production and the implementation of livestock policies. This Notification lays down the procedures and principles and requirements of support for and payment to the raw milk producers, including to the partners of the producer organizations or agricultural cooperatives. However, deductions will be made from the amount of support payment allocated for the partners of cooperatives, agricultural and livestock unions and producer organizations as the cost of strengthening farmers' organizations, according to the ratio laid down in Article 6. This Notification sets out the procedures of transfer of payments to raw milk producers meeting the requirements set out in this Notification.
