These Regulations apply to: (a) the enforcement of section 3(3)(c) of the Act; (b) all environmental audits required by section 22 of the Act; (c) all environmental audits required by the National Environment (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations; (d) voluntary environmental audits; (e) such other environmental audits as may be required or prescribed.
