Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 1 January 1999.
Résumé

With this Decree and in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 98/47/EC, azoxystrobin is hereby designated as an active substance in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115, as set out in the Annex attached hereto (article 1). The competent Department of the Ministry of Agriculture shall keep available the review report (except for confidential information in the meaning of article 14 of Presidential Order No. 115) for consultation by any interested parties or shall make it available to them on specific request (article 2).
