Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

This Decree, in compliance with Commission Directive 2010/61/EU, brings forth the amendments necessary to adapt the Annexes of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 35043/2524/2.9.2010 to scientific and technical progress, including the use of technologies for tracking and tracing, in the fields covered by the afore-mentioned directive, in particular to take account of amendments to the ADR, RID and ADN texts. With this view, the Annexes contained in Ministerial Joint Decree No. 35043/2524 of 2010 are replaced by those attached to this Decree.
