The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Council Directive 94/60/EC amending for the fourteenth time Directive 76/769/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations. Council Directive 94/60/EC amends Annex I to Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445. Under this light, Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445/83 is hereby amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
