Entry into force notes: The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette unless otherwise provided for by the individual sections of this Decree.

Résumé: The Decree approves the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision by which Annexes II, III, V and VI to article 26 of the Food Code are amended as set out in Council Directive 2002/17/EC amending Directive 90/128/EEC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The amendments concern certain monomers to be included in the list of permitted substances for the making of plastic materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
