The Decree shall enter into force as from 30 June 2004.
Résumé

Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 2003/3/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of “blue colourant”. The afore-mentioned Directive provides for the twelfth adaptation to technical progress of Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445/83. Under this light, Annex I (point 43) to Presidential Order No. 445 is amended as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
