The Decision enters into force as from 1 July 1998.
Résumé

This Decision approves a Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which the second Annex to article 26 "plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs" is replaced in compliance with Council Directive 97/48/EC amending for the second time Council Directive 82/711/EEC. The text of the new Annex is attached to the present Decision.
