Résumé

The Government decrees to validate the following amendments to some wildlife regulations : 1.Paragraph 5 of the Ministerial Decree No.156 of 1996 regarding the modalities of issuing permits (administrative licence) for the management of wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation acquires a new wording « To establish that Ministry of Natural Resources validates in accordance with the established modalities the form of permit (administrative licence) for the management of wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation ».In the text of the document the wording “Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources must be substituted with the wording “Ministry of Natural Resources”. 2). Paragraph 7 of the Ministerial Decree No.823 of 1996 regarding the modalities of state registration, replenishment, storage, trade, sending, export and import of wildlife collections acquires a new wording “Ministry of Natural Resources elaborates in accordance with the federal executive bodies concerned and the Russian Academy of Sciences and validates in accordance with the established modalities Regulation on wildlife collections; elaborates in accordance with the federal bodies concerned and validates the form of register of wildlife collections, the form of record certificate for wildlife collections officially recorded in the register; the form of permit authorizing export and import of wildlife collections.” In the paragraphs 1, 2 and 6 the wording “Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources must be substituted with the wording “Ministry of Natural Resources”. 3). In the Ministerial Decree No. 13 of 1997 enforcing the regulations on hunting of endangered wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation Paragraph 2 acquires a new wording “Ministry of Natural Resources is entitled to elaborate and validate regulations regarding the modalities of issuing hunting licences for wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation”. In the text of the document the wording “State Committee for Environmental Protection” must be substituted with the wording “Ministry of natural Resources”.
