Résumé

The Government decrees to establish that licenses for utilization, storage, transportation, distribution, burial and disposal of industrial and other waste materials, substances (except for nuclear ones) as regards hazardous substances, issued by the State Committee for Environmental Protection and its territorial subdivisions remain valid till the expiry date. This Regulation establishes the modalities of licensing activity in the process of which form hazardous substances, and the activity regarding collection, utilization, rendering harmless, transportation and distribution of hazardous waste materials. State Committee for Environmental Protection and its territorial subdivisions is the licensing authority for treatment of hazardous waste materials. License is issued for the period no less than 3 years, but at the request of the applicant license can be issued for the period less than 3 years.
