It is divided into 7 articles. With a view to safeguard and protect the consumers, the Decree establishes general and specific conditions that the equipment must satisfy in order to be approved. They concern, inter alia, the location of the equipment, the materials employed for its construction, the installation by qualified personnel, etc. Other conditions are established with regard to specific devices used for the treatment of drinking waters.
