Résumé: This Ministerial Decision, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council, determines the remunerative fees for official controls and other official activities, and particularly for covering the costs of document checks, identity checks, macroscopic and laboratory checks on cargoes of plants, plant products and other objects entering the Union. The Decision also concerns: the approval and the content of the export phytosanitary certificate; the appointment of competent authority responsible for collection of fees; the specification of persons liable to pay the fees and the persons exempted; determination of phytosanitary fees on the basis of plant variety.
