Without any prejudice to the provisions contained in Ministerial Circular No. 9594661 of 10 October 1995, the present Circular lays down a reference framework in the field of organic fertilizers by interpreting in a coordinated manner the provisions established both at Community and national level. The tables attached refer to those fertilizers which are to be considered as consistent with organic methods.
